The portable T3 Automatic License Plate Recognition system (ALPR) is an effective law enforcement tool that provides real-time knowledge and post-action criminal intelligence, monitoring and analyzing up to 8,000 license plates per hour. The T3 ALPR's highly advanced portable system digitally renders the license plate number, cross-referencing "hot lists" for hundreds of infractions nationwide. Once a vehicle has been recognized as a flagged vehicle, the T3 ALPR connects wirelessly to the officer's handheld internet-enabled device such as the Samsung Galaxy Tab, iPad, Motorola Droid, Blackberry, iPod Touch or iPhone, alerting the department in seconds.
