When your reserved production slot is drawing near, you will be contacted by a R3 sales associate with a purchase offer. If you accept this offer to purchase, your reservation fee will be credited to your purchase price. Once you have a purchase offer from an R3 sales associate you will have 30 days to complete a mutually agreed upon purchase agreement with T3 Motion, Inc., or your reservation will be canceled and your reservation deposit returned without interest. Your reserved production slot is non-transferable. Any attempt to assign or transfer your reservation will result in the cancellation of your reservation and a return of your reservation fee without interest.
